A local educational institution in Swanley is seeking an Assistant Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to support the Lead PBS Practitioner in delivering high quality PBS. The role requires a candidate who has recently completed their MSc in PBS or ABA, offering the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. It involves working in a dynamic team to positively impact the lives of young learners facing significant challenges. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have completed an MSc in PBS or ABA.
- Experience working in emotionally sensitive environments is essential.
- Knowledge of policies related to the client group is required.
Responsabilités
- Support the Lead PBS Practitioner in delivering high quality PBS.
- Work independently within a fast-paced team environment.
- Participate in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
