A leading security company is seeking a NOC Technician in Maidenhead. The role involves monitoring networks, investigating incidents, and ensuring optimal performance with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Given the sensitive nature of the position, candidates must undergo DV (Developed Vetting) security clearance. Qualifications
- A DV level of National Security Vetting will be required for this role.
- Training may be provided for Fibre Network Transmission experience.
- Knowledge of Network+ preferred.
Responsabilités
- Monitor in-life platforms and services.
- Investigate incidents and take necessary actions.
- Complete fault tickets accurately.
- Create Incident Schedules and liaise with Resource Management.
- Ensure the Escalation/Notification profile is followed.
