Qualifications

• A DV level of National Security Vetting will be required for this role.
• Training may be provided for Fibre Network Transmission experience.
• Knowledge of Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-life platforms and services.
• Investigate incidents and take necessary actions.
• Complete fault tickets accurately.
• Create Incident Schedules and liaise with Resource Management.
• Ensure the Escalation/Notification profile is followed.
