As a Customer Support Engineer (Customer Service), you will play a key role in servicing, upgrading, and commissioning equipment as part of Syntegon Telstar technologies.
You’ll work within a flexible, multi‑skilled team to develop new and maintain existing After Sales customer records and relationships using company procedures and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. This hands‑on position combines customer support, field service and commissioning both in the UK and internationally.
