Job summary
A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join their primary care team. This Band 4 role involves supporting GP practices with medication-related tasks and contributing to a comprehensive medicines management system. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical staff and will engage in activities such as medicines reconciliation and patient reviews. A driving license and experience in pharmacy are required. The position is permanent, located in Haydon Bridge.
Qualifications
- Previous relevant experience working in Pharmacy.
- Knowledge of or experience in coaching and mentoring practices and tools.
- Evidence of personal insight and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive medicines management to ensure a safe and efficient service.
- Liaise with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct medicines reviews for patients identified by the multidisciplinary team.
