Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrate initiative and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the administration of medication to patients.
  • Work as an active member of the Pharmaceutical team.
  • Assist in the delivery of a medicines administration service.

Skills

Knowledge of legislation and good practice in relation to medicines
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to monitor and manage medication budget
Confident using IT systems

Education

BTEC or NVQ level 3 in pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council - GPhC
