Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience working in Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of or experience in coaching and mentoring practices and tools.
• Evidence of personal insight and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive medicines management to ensure a safe and efficient service.
• Liaise with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct medicines reviews for patients identified by the multidisciplinary team.

Education

BTEC in pharmaceutical science or NVQ Level 3

Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council

Evidence of relevant continuing professional development

CPPEPC qualification or complete within 24 months

Accredited technician checking qualification
