An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving primary school in South Harrow. The school is seeking an enthusiastic HLTA who can confidently support teaching and learning across all year groups, from Reception through to Year 6.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality learning activities and interventions across the primary age range.
  • Lead whole-class teaching when required, following lesson plans set by teachers.
  • Support individual and small groups of pupils to raise attainment and engagement.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to plan and adapt resources to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Contribute to the positive, inclusive, and nurturing ethos of the school.
