We’re working with a group of welcoming secondary schools in Retford who are looking for confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors. This role’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet, and genuinely cares about keeping pupils on track.

Stepping into classrooms when teachers are away
Delivering pre-prepared work and maintaining focus
Being a calm, reliable presence pupils respect
Supporting routines and feeding back to staff
What you bring:
Experience working with young people (teaching, coaching, mentoring, youth work)
Good classroom control and a sense of humour
