Responsibilities

• Performing flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy and gastroscopy.
• Conducting risk assessments and obtaining written consent.
• Administering conscious sedation, performing biopsies and polypectomy.
• Writing patient notes and arranging follow-up care.

Are you currently performing:

• Flexible Sigmoidoscopy / colonoscopy / gastroscopy
• Risk assessment / pre-assessment of bowel screening patients
• Obtaining written consent
• Administering conscious sedation with or without a GPD
• Performing procedures such as biopsies and polypectomy
• Writing patient notes and arranging follow-up care
