A leading recruitment agency is partnering with an FMCG organization in Greater Belfast to hire a Payroll Analyst for a 12-18 month contract. This role involves processing multiple payrolls, coordinating timesheet entries, and ensuring compliance with payroll protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The position offers hybrid working opportunities, a competitive salary up to £42,000, healthcare benefits, and a 5% pension plan.

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an FMCG organisation based in Greater Belfast who are seeking to recruit a Payroll Analyst on an 12-18 month contract basis.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner Daily Duties Include:
- Processing multiple weekly and monthly payrolls
- Collating timesheets, holiday entitlements, reconciling hours on a weekly basis
- Coordination of timesheet processing and managing of the time & attendance
- Processing of statutory payments
- Coordinating new hire set ups, leavers, time and attendance entries
- Ensure compliance with payroll processes
- Other duties outlined on the job description
- End to end Payroll experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- CIPP Qualified is desirable
- Hybrid working
- Salary up to £42,000
