We are recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx (2+ PQE) to join a friendly and supportive Private Client team based in Tunbridge Wells.
You will handle a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Trusts
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
In addition, you will:
- Provide clear, empathetic and practical legal advice to clients
- Manage billing and cashflow effectively
- Meet targets for time recording, billing and cost recovery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in marketing and networking activities to promote the firm's services
- Ensure compliance with Lexcel standards and regulatory obligations
- Solicitor or FCILEx with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client work
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
- Positive, client-focused approach
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Salary of £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience (pro rata for part-time)
