A reputable healthcare provider in Alton is seeking a General Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team. The Wilson Practice is a friendly,mutually-supportive, happy two Partner and thirteen Associate GP Partnershipcovering 17,250 patients in a beautiful part of Hampshire. We have a strong Multi-disciplinary team withANPs, Triage nurses, Treatment room team as well as additional PCN rolessupporting the daily service we provide.
We run a total triage system using Accurx with15 minute telephone and 15 minute face-to-face appointments. Ourfantastic triage team run daily minor illness/triage clinics, and lead theMinor Injuries Service in our well-equipped Treatment Room. Our Nursing Homeward rounds are completed by a dedicated ACP and GP partners. Visiting rate islow. We have a full team of Admin staff including GPAs via our PCN. We are fullyengaged with our functioning Primary Care Network, which provides, remote GPfor medication reviews, Physiotherapists, Social Prescribers, child and youngperson and adult mental health workers amongst others.
