You will help create an enabling and stimulating classroom environment and contribute to the ongoing development of a broad, engaging curriculum that supports each pupil's individual needs. • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for pupils with PMLD and SLD.
• Create an accessible and supportive learning environment.
• Provide a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to individual learning needs.

• Design real‑life, meaningful learning opportunities for whole‑class, small‑group and exploratory work.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ideally PMLD or SLD.

• Understanding of safeguarding and SEND best practice.
