Job summary
A leading global tech firm is seeking a Legal Counsel to manage diverse commercial contracts and issues. This role offers significant autonomy and direct exposure to various stakeholders, providing excellent opportunities for career progression. Qualified lawyers with some experience in the tech sector are encouraged to apply. This hybrid position allows for some remote work while based in central London.

- You will undertake an extremely diverse and broad role, working principally on a wide range of commercial contracts and issues.
- You will report directly into the Global General Counsel and you will be given significant amounts of autonomy to run with your own matters from the off.
- You will have direct exposure to all levels of stakeholders from within the business.

- You will be able to undertake elements of remote/home working in this hybrid role. The organisation has central London HQ offices.
- You will have some prior experience of working in the Tech industry.
- You will be a qualified Lawyer.
- Prior in-house experience is not a pre-requisite for this position.
