This is the perfect role for an experienced Employment Solicitor who is ready for a fresh challenge, and wants to be part of a collaborative, well-regarded team.

About The Team

The Employment Department advises both employers and employees on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Employment tribunals and litigation
  • Mediation
  • Policies and procedures
  • TUPE
  • Settlement Agreements

The team takes a partner-led approach and works closely with other specialist departments across the firm, fostering an open and supportive culture that encourages collaboration and professional development.

Requirements
  • Qualified Employment Solicitor / Employment Lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE in Employment Law (more experienced candidates also welcomed)
  • Strong technical skills and a commercial approach
  • You'll be positive, professional, commercially minded, and focused on delivering excellent client service
  • A natural team player, you'll thrive in a friendly and dynamic environment where contributions are recognised and valued
