The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded high street law firm, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy office in Chard. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied and rewarding caseload within a supportive and friendly practice environment.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Wills, probate, and estate administration
• Trusts and tax planning
• Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
• Advising high-net-worth clients on complex estate and succession planning

Our client has a very strong private client following, with a high volume of instructions and loyal clients who value the firm’s approachable, high-quality service. You’ll have plenty of work from day one and the chance to build long-term relationships with clients.

About You

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private client work who can demonstrate:

• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate planning
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and efficiency
• A proactive, personable, and professional approach
