You will handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Trusts

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Court of Protection work

The role will involve direct client contact, providing empathetic and professional advice, and building long-term relationships with the local community.

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client law.

• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client care.

• Able to work well both independently and as part of a supportive team.
