A manufacturing company in Walsall is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor. This leadership position focuses on driving production performance through effective team management in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in production leadership, particularly in automotive or similar sectors. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, and delivery standards while implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Strong hands-on leadership and team motivational skills are essential for success in this role.
