Main Responsibilities
- Deliver projects according to scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards.
- Report against agreed KPIs.
- Ensure project safety and compliance with EHS&Q (including CDM) requirements throughout all phases.
- Develop and implement the project execution plan aligned with Bilfinger's strategy for HPC.
- Define, estimate, and control project scope and changes (NEC 3).
- Manage project finances, including profit margins, cash flow, invoicing, and customer approvals.
- Manage key suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring appropriate commercial arrangements.
- Maintain baseline schedule and control estimates, ensuring project integrity with changes.
- Report project progress, including % complete, actuals, forecast AFC, Earned Value, and changes.
- Build and manage project teams, ensuring resource adequacy and high productivity.
- Employ project controls for risk management and change control.
- Apply quality systems effectively and address any issues.
- Act as the main interface with stakeholders and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with MEH Alliance construction and Bilfinger project leadership, representing Bilfinger at HPC meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager.
- Maintain SQEP and be prepared for succession roles.
- Commit to nuclear safety culture, ensuring actions do not cause future harm.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience with M&E contractors.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach.
- Understanding of project management principles for construction.
- Organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project.
- Experience in client relations and contract management, especially NEC3/4.
Role Qualifications
- HNC in Building Services or equivalent.
- SMSTS or equivalent qualification.
WIMS Requirements
- Competency-Based Interview.
