Job summary
A staffing solutions provider is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a PMC project in Farnborough. This initial 1-year contract role emphasizes compliance with international standards and corporate policies, requiring 10–15 years of HSE experience in large-scale projects, ideally within mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities include developing HSE strategies, conducting risk assessments, and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10–15 years’ HSE experience in large-scale projects.
- Proven track record in PMC environments.
- Background in mining, oil & gas, or major infrastructure projects preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee the HSE strategy for the PMC project.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and client representatives.
- Prepare and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
- Monitor and report on HSE KPIs to senior management.
