Job Summary
One of our prominent clients, a global leader in marine geoscience and offshore construction support, is looking for a QHSE Advisor to support their renewable and oil & gas projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on Group IMS maintenance and performance management.
- Support Group QHSE annual budget management.
- Support on diffusion and enhancement of periodical Group QHSE statistical reports.
- Support on Group QHSE assessment management.
- Support Group personnel QHSE training/induction management.
- Support the QHSE Manager in QHSE events management.
- Support the QHSE Manager in establishing Group QHSE objectives and targets.
- Support the QHSE Manager with Bids & Customer requests before an award.
- Support the QHSE Manager in the management of Group processes, procedures, and plans in conformity with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Support Group QHSE processes, procedures, and plans in conformity with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Support Group IMS integrity safeguard when changes are planned and implemented.
- Support on QHSE Department attendance and contribution to the HAZID-HIRA-HAZOP process.
- Responsible for project IMS establishment, maintenance, and performance reporting.
- Responsible for project QHSE statistics reporting.
- Responsible for project QHSE assessment (audit/inspection) planning, execution, and reporting.
- Responsible for project personnel QHSE training/induction management.
- Responsible for ensuring that project personnel are working according to the project QHSE requirements.
- Support the Project Manager in the management of Behavioral Based Safety Principles within the project.
- Support the Project Manager in establishing/pursuing project QHSE objectives and targets.
- Support the Project Manager on project QHSE events management.
- Further to an emergency, participating as an Emergency Response Team member as requested.
- Further to an incident, participating as an Investigation Team Member as requested.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or equivalent qualification in QHSE discipline or technical subject.
- Outward-going personality and leadership on HSE topics.
- Working experience with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements.
- Good IT skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.).
- Experience in conducting presentations and training courses.
- Experience in incident investigation.
- Great attention to detail.
- Care about people.
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
