Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to manage vehicle registration and customer data entry. You will handle documentation, maintain records, and ensure accuracy in processing. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and familiarity with CRM systems. This is a 6-month contract position with a basic salary range of $2500 – $2900.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems for data entry is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle registration processes.

Sales Admin Assistant (Vehicle Admin)

Working Hours : Mon to Fri : 8.00am to 5.30pm

Working Location: Alexandra Road

Basic Salary range : $ 2500 – $ 2900

6-Month Contract position

  • Accurately entering customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM portal.
  • Preparing documentation and assisting with LTA vehicle registration processes.
  • Handling COE-related matters and updating On-Board Unit (OBU) details in the system.
  • Setting up vehicle ownership records in the system.
  • Generating and issuing vehicle tax invoices.
  • Scanning, uploading, and maintaining proper filing of records.
  • Reviewing vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
