The Role & Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail oriented and proactive individual to join a dynamic administrative team supporting a busy professional services environment. The role offers the chance to contribute to the smooth running of operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, clear communication, and efficient coordination across departments.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to internal teams, including document preparation, data entry, and database maintenance.
  • Manage shared inboxes and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements while maintaining up-to-date schedules.
  • Produce accurate reports, dashboards, and internal documents to support management and team performance tracking.
Who You Are
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and written skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • 1 year experience within an admin related role is highly desirable.

Please not this role is full time in office during your probation period and then reduces to 1 day from home.
