Job summary

A recruitment agency in the City Of London is looking for a Sales Admin Assistant. The role involves supporting the Vehicle Admin Registration Team by executing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, documentation preparation, and maintaining records.   • Support the Vehicle Admin Registration Team.

  • Generate and issue vehicle tax invoices.
  • Maintain proper filing of records.
  • Review vehicle orders for accuracy.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Working Hours : Mon to Fri : 8.00am to 5.30pm (May required to work OT during COE bidding period)

Working Location: Alexandra Road

Basic Salary range : $ 2500 – $ 2900

Employment term: 6-Month Contract position

Qualifications: Minimum Diploma holder

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Admin Assistant, you’ll support the Vehicle Admin Registration Team by ensuring accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks to meet stakeholder expectations.

  • Accurately entering customer and vehicle registration details into the CRM portal.
  • Preparing documentation and assisting with LTA vehicle registration processes.
  • Handling COE-related matters and updating On-Board Unit (OBU) details in the system.
  • Setting up vehicle ownership records in the system.
  • Generating and issuing vehicle tax invoices.
  • Scanning, uploading, and maintaining proper filing of records.
  • Reviewing vehicle orders for accuracy prior to processing.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Who We’re Looking For
  • This is a 6-Month Contract position
  • Polytechnic Diploma and above (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in administration support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and adaptable to fast-paced environment
