Job Description:
We are seeking an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for our location in Morley (South Leeds), United Kingdom. The role involves:
- Managing the Managing Director’s schedule, including meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Overseeing guest security, visitor sign-ins, and providing health & safety briefings.
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Coordinating maintenance, managing fleet and mileage.
- Organizing office events, tracking expenses, and leading administrative projects, ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Preparing reports, presentations, drafting correspondence, and recording meeting minutes with follow-up.
- Supporting high-priority projects and providing administrative support to leadership and staff.
Minimum requirements include:
- At least three years of experience in a similar role (Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or equivalent), preferably in a fast-paced SME or Med Tech environment.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting; experience with expense systems like Concur is a plus.
- Ability to build positive relationships, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information professionally.
