We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Social Care Coordinator to join our team at Wattleglen in Sale, Victoria. This position is on a permanent full-time basis. We're looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is highly organised, and has a knack for problem-solving.

As Social Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational matters of the social care program at the facility. The Social Care Coordinator works in conjunction with the General Manager to provide and direct social care programs which are responsive, enriching, and reflective of resident needs and requirements.
