Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations and creating a stimulating learning environment. Working hours are 8:30-16:00, five days a week, with support available.

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Leader to manage a friendly village pre-school, which provides high-quality early years education to a small group of 11–12 children. This is a rewarding role for someone who values building strong relationships and making a meaningful impact on children’s early development.
The Nursery Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the pre-school, creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children can learn through play and exploration.
Applicants must hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification, with experience working in an early years setting. Leadership or senior experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate. You should be warm, organised, enthusiastic, and confident in leading a small team and setting.
Hours will be 8:30-16:00, 5 days a week and support will be offered through additional support staff and a DSL. Planning will be left however some additional prep may be required to ensure it is ready to deliver to the children including prepping resources and equipment.
