A local recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager for a small nursery in Hounslow. This role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring high standards of care and education. Ideal candidates should have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. This term-time only position allows for a great work-life balance while making a significant impact in young children's lives.
Location: Hounslow, TW5
Hours: Term Time Only, Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm
Salary: £15 per hour
Setting: Small nursery registered for 25 children
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our friendly nursery in Hounslow (TW5). This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a small, close-knit setting registered for 25 children, where every child is valued and supported to reach their full potential.
As the Deputy Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of care, education, and compliance in line with EYFS requirements.
