Associate Director – Qualitative – Award Winning Insight Agency

This agency offers a mixed-method approach, allowing you to work on qualitative-only projects as well as collaborate with quantitative colleagues on mixed projects.

As an AD, you will work on a diverse range of projects across sectors, including NPD, brand, communications, and customer-centric studies, with a focus on strategic insights rather than tactical ones.

• Leading large-scale projects from inception to completion
• Managing project teams and supporting junior members
• Writing proposals
• Acting as the primary client contact
• Leading project setup and planning
• Managing relationships with clients and suppliers
• Conducting fieldwork and on-site client management
• Analyzing findings and preparing reports (storytelling)
• Presenting findings to clients
• Mentoring junior colleagues
• Participating in business development and relationship building
• Contributing to industry knowledge and PR content
