Our Network Engineers are responsible for optimising our fibre network for our customers, through building and commissioning our services. Grow your potential as part of our Business Delivery Team, working towards your Level 3 Network Engineer qualification with support from day one, earning a starting salary of £27,000 whilst doing it.

Working in the Business Delivery Division you’ll be joining the experts bringing vital connections to life. You’ll install and commission our latest broadband and data solutions, test everything end‑to‑end to make sure services run flawlessly, and show customers how to make the most of their new Virgin Media O2 products. Every day is different, and you’ll see the real impact of your work the moment a customer comes online. Day‑to‑day, you could be:

• Conducting end‑to‑end testing to ensure installed services are running perfectly
• Keeping customers and partners updated on progress
• Installing the latest Virgin Media O2 Business to Business network technology
• Providing on‑site guidance and training to help customers get the best from our technology

You must have a full UK driving licence and feel at ease working at elevated heights. Your wellbeing is our priority, so living in close proximity to your designated areas is preferred to minimise travel.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who have a passion for learning and are keen to develop with us on our journey to keep the UK connected. You don’t need any prior experience – we’ll teach you everything you need to know, from the systems and tools we use, to the hands‑on technical skills that make our engineers amazing. • A positive attitude with lots of energy
• An analytical approach to your work
• An ability to work independently and as part of our wider team
• Basic understanding of the Microsoft Office suite

You’ll be gaining invaluable experience and a new set of skills on this apprenticeship. Enjoy a starting salary of £27,000, which will continue to rise as you progress through your apprenticeship. After 12‑months in the scheme, your salary will raise to £30,000 with salaries upon successful completion starting from £38,000. Plus, you can enjoy our amazing benefits including:
