Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support and project environments at 1st line level.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations while contributing to network initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware using SCCM, GPO, and AutoPilot.
• Manage networking issues across LAN, WAN, WiFi, and VPN.
