Senior Front End Engineer - Build Something That Matters

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join a growing team of curious, kind, and ambitious folks. You’ll be building web and mobile experiences from the ground up, shaping architectural decisions, mentoring other engineers, and collaborating across design, product, and backend.

They're React Native on mobile, React on web, and we ️ TypeScript. Clean code, slick UI, and a genuine focus on user experience is their schtick.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own features across platforms - Build and ship high-impact user interfaces that look and feel great on web and mobile.
• Shape the architecture - Make key decisions around component design, state management, and scalability.
• Mentor & support others - Share your knowledge, unblock your teammates, and help grow a great engineering culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally - Work closely with design, product, and backend to deliver features users love.
• Translate designs into magic - Turn Figma into fast, accessible, production-ready code.
• Drive best practices - Champion testing, code quality, and dev standards that scale with the team.
• Embrace modern tools - From unit tests to CI/CD, and yes - we’re exploring AI-assisted development too.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of frontend experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• A problem-solver who’s not afraid of complexity
• Experience working in product-led teams, collaborating across disciplines
• A natural mentor who loves helping others grow
• Someone who’s leadership-ready and eager to shape the future
• Clear communicator, strong collaborator, positive energy

Bonus points if you’ve used:

• Expo or GraphQL
• CI/CD pipelines for frontend
• AI tools like Cursor or Copilot
