We are looking for a talented and inquisitive Sales Director for the UK and Scandinavia whose drive for learning and determination for continuous improvement aligns with our ambitious, fast‑growing and transforming company. You will be a key player and responsible for leading and motivating a team of Business Development representatives. The Sales Director will work closely with the VP of Sales (EMEA) to implement and execute the sales strategy. They will be responsible for developing the sales team and growing the market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Own the regional sales target, driving consistent achievement and predictable growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, setting clear expectations, supporting personal development, and celebrating wins.
  • Execute global and regional sales strategies, aligning to Catapult’s commercial and customer success goals.
  • Recruit and onboard exceptional sales talent as the team expands.
  • Define and measure key metrics that drive performance, conversion rates, ACV, pipeline coverage, and retention.
  • Ensure operational excellence through disciplined use of Salesforce, clean forecasting, and process compliance.
  • Oversee Customer Success for the region to ensure renewals, upsells, and customer satisfaction are achieved in lockstep. Align with CS globally on strategic initiatives, as required.
  • Prepare quarterly performance reports for your team
  • Act as the voice of the region within the wider EMEA leadership team, contributing insights, feedback, and market intelligence.
  • Champion Catapult’s culture, ensuring your team works with passion, integrity, and purpose.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Extensive experience in consistent, successful sales performance, preferably in sports
  • Demonstrated ability in managing a sales team required. Proven ability to grow a high performing team by both recruiting and developing talent
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with C‑suite.
