The Corporate Actions and Securities Processing segment is part of S&P Global Market Intelligence, a leading provider of integrated solutions that streamline and optimise complex workflows in the capital markets. We are seeking a seasoned Director of Commercial Strategy to lead our commercial efforts in the EMEA region. This role is crucial for driving the commercial strategy, business development, and market penetration for our Corporate Actions and Securities Processing offerings. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our go‑to‑market strategy, driving revenue growth, and positioning our company as a leader in the industry.
