1. Create and manage detailed budgets for multiple live projects, circa £4mil.
2. Prepare interim contract applications and negotiate final accounts.
3. Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
4. Collaborate with project managers to track costs and monitor financial performance.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience in commercial management within the construction industry (ideally within facades or as a subcontractor).
2. Strong understanding of project management principles and budgeting.
