Academics are on the search for a qualified Higher Level teaching Assistant (HLTA) who has a passion for working with children.
- Vacancy: Higher Level Teaching Assistant
- Location: High Wycombe
- Contract: Long term contract to July
- Pay: £110 to £130 per day
- Start: November 2025
- Support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality lessons
- Lead intervention groups and provide additional support to students who require it
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the students
- Assist with the assessment and evaluation of student progress
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- A relevant Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
