The role will be based at their independent specialist day school providing high-quality education for boys and girls. Located in Tipton, the school caters to pupils aged 11-19 with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The successful applicant will need:
- Extensive experience as a Head Teacher in a similar SEND environment or setting.
- A good understanding of the School Improvement process, effective curriculum models, and development of processes to help the school achieve an outstanding rating.
- Thorough knowledge of the Independent School Standards.
- Ability to motivate, support, and develop staff and pupils using a person-centred approach.
- A proactive 'can do, will do' attitude with a desire to succeed and improve the school.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
