A mental health service provider in the City of Westminster seeks dedicated applicants to join their team. The successful post holder will have a chance to conduct clinical assessments for individuals experiencing mental health conditions. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, the role emphasizes a recovery-focused approach, ensuring care is tailored to individuals' strengths and future goals. This is substantive post which has become available due to the resignation of the previous post holder. An induction will be provided to your placement explaining roles and responsibilities as well as your workplace. A Trust induction will also be provided after starting in your allocated post.
The successful applicant(s) will work within their allocated post. The post will offer the opportunity to perform clinical assessments of individuals with mental health conditions, including mental state examination, history taking, physical health examination and attendance of meetings with the multidisciplinary team. The post holder will gain experience with the full spectrum of psychiatric morbidity.
This post is based in a multidisciplinary setting and the post holder will work closely with all the members of the team (doctors, nurses, health care assistances, psychologists, social workers & graduate mental health workers). The care delivered is recovery-focused, placing emphasis on individuals' strengths and goals for the future.
