Job Summary

This is a temporary Healthcare Assistant role at Elysium Healthcare's Bradley Complex Care facility in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. The job involves providing care and support to individuals with a range of mental health conditions, using your skills and knowledge to help them on their recovery pathway. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including an annual base salary of £26,728, 33 days of annual leave, and opportunities for career development and training.

Responsibilities

• Join an inclusive and supportive team providing care for people with mental health conditions.
• Participate in ward rounds, analyse behaviours, adapt care and support accordingly.
• Update patient records and provide overall care and support, including assisting with personal hygiene.
• Work with multidisciplinary team to support people with complex needs, including learning disability and personality disorder.
• Maintain a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance in a challenging environment.

Shift Pattern

11.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week on rota basis (days, nights, weekends) – 40 hours per week.
