A leading care home provider in Greater London is seeking a knowledgeable Nurse (Days) to manage all aspects of care for residents. This role involves creating and implementing care plans while ensuring the medication is administered appropriately. We are searching for compassionate individuals eager to join a supportive team that values mental health and career development. Full training is available, making this an ideal opportunity for anyone passionate about care and support in a nursing environment.
As our Nurse (Days), you will be responsible for all care and nursing needs of our residents. You will formulate, implement and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans and will be highly experienced in this area. You will supervise the delivery of care by the care team and will identify training and development needs. Your warm, supportive and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents and you will get to know everything about their likes, dislikes and nursing needs.
Exceptional people make an exceptional care home. We are looking for people who have a caring nature and want to work as part of an amazing team, surrounded by kindness and fun! For most of the roles in our vibrant care home, you do not need specific qualifications or experience to be successful as full training is provided.
What we do look for is individuals who share our sense of compassion, care about people's comfort and happiness and want to make a positive difference to the lives of our treasured residents and team members.
At Ashbrook Court Care Home, we believe a happy, supported team delivers the best care. That is why we have signed the Mental Health at Work Commitment developed by experts with six essential standards that help us create a home where everyone feels safe, valued and able to thrive.
From trained Mental Health Champions to our online Wellbeing & Mindfulness Space, we make sure our people have the tools, time and support they need because your wellbeing matters here and when we take care of our minds, we can take care of each other and our residents even better.
