Out Of Hours Medical Laboratory Assistant - Internal Applicants Only

• Role: Laboratory & Scientists
• Summary: Support biomedical scientists in pathology services, working in sample reception and assisting in other areas as needed.
• Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, shifts Monday-Friday, including nights and weekends on a rota.
• Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience.

• Labeling, centrifuging, and preparing samples for testing
• Handling improperly labeled samples and investigating discrepancies
• Charging patient accounts and data entry into laboratory systems

• Background in pathology or sciences
• Experience in medical or pathology labs preferred
• Computer literacy and customer service skills
• Teamwork abilities
