Location: Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Southampton

Hours: Full time, 45 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis.

As a Parts Manager, you will join a team supporting one of our popular brands in state-of-the-art facilities. You will report to the Aftersales Manager and oversee the daily operations of the parts department. Full manufacturer training is provided, so prior brand experience is not required.

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Professional and calm demeanor with stakeholder management skills

• Provide leadership and direction to the parts department
• Maximize sales of parts to trade and retail outlets to achieve dealership targets
• Manage stock levels and keep debtors to a minimum
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative and operational data
• Develop marketing strategies to promote products and services
• Brief the team on department objectives and provide regular feedback
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and external representatives
