Job summary

A staffing agency in Scotland is seeking a Document Writer and Analyst with a strong background in contract management. Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to questions, do follow up and write documents as required.
  • Make recommendations with regards to contracts and documents.
  • Recognize important articles within a contract/document and validate the contract/document based on the business requirements.
  • Assist departments in interpreting the contracts and determining how they should be applied.
  • Manage all insurance issues with the assistance of insurance provider.
  • Archive all contracts and documents both hard copy and PDF
Qualifications
  • 5 years’ experience in document writing and analysis*****
  • Bilingual – English and French is a required
  • Ability to work alone
  • Good analytical and comprehension skills required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of finance and the print industry in general are assets
