This role exists to empower the Revenue team (Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services) with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to confidently position and deliver our products. It combines strategic enablement with operational management of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure consistent, scalable learning experiences that drive revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver enablement programmes tailored for Sales, CSMs and Professional Services.
  • Develop structured learning paths aligned with revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Create engaging content (presentations, videos, guides) for product and sales training.
  • Own the administration and optimisation of the LMS platform (LearnUpon).
  • Manage course creation, enrolments, reporting, and user experience for the Revenue team.
  • Ensure timely updates to learning content and troubleshoot access issues.
  • Measure individual abilities against enablement criteria to identify skill gaps and guide future enablement focus.
  • Work cross-functionally to incorporate feedback into enablement materials.
  • Partner with Marketing for consistent messaging across training and collateral.
  • Liaise with Revenue leadership to align enablement initiatives with KPIs.
Required Experience
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, product training, and LMS administration.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the UK social care sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and digital content creation tools.
Success Metrics
  • Increased adoption and completion rates of LMS courses by Revenue team members.
  • Improved sales confidence and product knowledge scores.
  • Positive feedback from team members on enablement content and quality.
