About the Role
You'll be the linchpin of commercial performance, supporting multiple projects across a long-term hotel refurbishment programme. Working alongside experienced project teams, you will:
- Oversee cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
- Manage subcontractor packages from tender to final account
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring profitability
- Support client reporting and internal forecasting
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to meet programme and quality goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in fit-out, refurbishment, or interiors - ideally in hospitality or leisure sectors
- Excellent knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision and professionalism
- A proactive mindset and confident communicator with both clients and subcontractors
- Experience in managing packages up to £5m preferred
