A SaaS business for the public sector is seeking a Marketing Lead in Epsom, England. You'll own the marketing strategy, manage events, and work collaboratively with a dynamic team. This role offers a salary between £45,000-£60,000 based on experience, with potential for commission and a pathway to a Marketing Director position. If you thrive in a team setting and enjoy face-to-face engagement, this is a great opportunity. Flexibility is offered after initial team building.
You’ll be joining a rapidly growing, recession‑resistant SaaS business that works exclusively with public sector clients. The market is stable, the demand is strong, and the company is already highly successful.
You’ll work alongside a capable team of designers, developers, product specialists and creatives, meaning you won’t be doing everything yourself, but you will be leading it all.
Around 90% of success comes from events, so if you enjoy being visible, building relationships, and representing a business face‑to‑face, you’ll thrive here.
You’ll be expected to spend time in the Epsom office initially to build relationships and momentum. A recent hire was office‑based for their first month and now comes in just once or twice a week! Trust and flexibility are earned quickly.
If you’re ready to lead, influence and build, this is your opportunity. Apply now with your CV.
