Job summary
A sports-focused startup in London is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead their growth initiatives through paid social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter/X. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable user growth, collaborating closely with content and product teams. The position requires 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a consumer-facing app or fast-growth startup. This is a full-time role based in Soho, London, with in-person collaboration expected at least 3 days a week.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Responsibilities
- Manage paid growth campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
- Run experiments to test messaging and formats rapidly.
- Analyse performance data to deliver actionable insights.
