This amazing law firm is looking for a Pricing & Commercial Analyst to join their Finance team in this newly created position. This role acts as a business partner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, with the primary objective of optimising profitability at a client level. You will add commercial value through financial analysis, pricing best practices, and supporting strategic initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop pricing best practice processes to support finance colleagues across the network.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients from a commercial perspective; advise on value-add options beyond rates.
  • Maintain pricing models used across the business.
  • Conduct financial analysis for client pitches, onboarding, and ongoing client management.
  • Maintain and improve client and rate information in commercial databases and finance systems.
  • Produce commercial reporting to support long-­term profitability goals.
  • Assist with operational improvement projects focusing on data analysis and process optimisation.
  • Respond to pricing and commercial queries, introducing structure and automation where possible.
  • Review commercial terms for new and existing client arrangements to ensure strategic alignment.
