Job description
We are working with a fast-growing, premium flexible workspace operator at the intersection of tech, media, hospitality and modern enterprise. They are now looking to hire a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital marketing activity and play a key role in the next stage of growth.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive ready to step up, or a Marketing Manager who loves being close to delivery. The business is creative, ambitious and fast-paced - they need someone confident, energetic and commercially switched on who can turn ideas into results.

The role:

You will have real ownership across digital marketing, working across multiple brands and channels. Day-to-day, you will be:

• Driving and growing social media performance, creating standout content and campaigns
• Managing paid media, email marketing, SEO and website content
• Creating high-quality visual and written content that feels premium and on-brand
• Managing and optimising WordPress websites and HubSpot marketing campaigns
• Tracking and improving performance across CPA, ROAS and conversions
• Testing new ideas, scaling what works and continuously optimising
• Working closely with internal stakeholders across sales, operations and partnerships

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm
This role offers a basic salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (may flex for an exceptional candidate)
Benefits include 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, company pension and medicash scheme.
This role is based in the heart of Manchester - you will be required in the office Monday-Thursday and work from home on a Friday. You will be expected to travel to Leeds once or twice a month.

To be suitable for this role you will have:

• 3 to 4+ years' experience in a digital marketing role
• Confident across social, paid media, content, email and website management
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a good eye for visuals
• Data-driven, commercially minded and comfortable owning performance
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
• A confident communicator with bags of energy and a can-do attitude
